Online Orders

An expected delivery date for your order will be sent to the email address supplied on the PayPal account used for online ordering.

Orders by Post

Orders can be accepted via post with a cheque/ Postal order in Australian dollars made payable to *Bill Truslove. * Postage & packing is included in the listed price. Please allow three days for cheques to clear.
All orders to be paid for in full prior to despatch.

Delivery

We will endeavour to despatch items within 7 days of order and receipt of payment.

Unframed

All artwork is freighted unframed, it is the buyers responsibility to frame the artwork.

Damage during transit

All artwork is packed with utmost care, Bill Truslove does not accept responsibility for damage to artwork during the framing once you have received it.

Refunds will only be made for goods which were damaged during delivery to the customer. The damaged paintings must be returned, postage paid, to the Supplier, then a refund will be paid. All paintings will be sent by Registered Post.
